THE INFLUENCE OF ITALY IN THE MUSIC OF THE VASA'S COURT

In this lecture, Rodrigo Calveyra analysed the influence of Italian music in the courts of Vasa and Sapiega in the turn of the XVI to the XVII centuries, especially through the work of the Kapellmeisters Annibale Stabile, Luca Marenzio, Giulio Cesare Gabussi, Asprilio Pacelli, Giovanni Francesco Anerio, Marco Scacchi and Giovanni Battista Cocciola.
